• Work on exciting projects for large household brands
• Offer technical oversight of developers & QA for Salesforce (Service Cloud and OMS) implementations
• Develop on the Salesforce platform and assist other developers where necessary, helping them understand where the complexity is, while reassuring & guiding them on the approach
• Provide effort estimations for gathered requirements
• Set up the tooling and automation to ensure efficiency
• Build out the delivery of Service Cloud and Salesforce Order Management to ensure consistency with the market's expectations
• Work with the Practice Lead to optimize processes and project delivery
• Provide continuous improvement and development of the Salesforce practice

• Proficiency in the full lifecycle of Salesforce core (Service Cloud preferred) development
• Experience implementing Salesforce solutions in the retail sector
• Experience across different development methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
• Salesforce core administration, core architecture, and integrations experience
• Experience with requirement gathering and scope definition
• Experience leading/Supporting client facing workshops
• Proven ability with refining backlog with customers in readiness for development
• Ability to think outside the box when coming up with solutions
• Ability to present the proposed solutions back to the client and the rest of the team
• Readiness and experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Salesforce Developer certification
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification will be a plus
• Salesforce Architect will be a plus
