Salesforce Data Steward Specialist - Pantheon

This is a contract position that will last up to 6 months. The required hours for this role will be Tuesday - Saturday, 5am - 2pm local time.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this role will also work closely with our Revenue Systems, and Marketing Operations teams. Pantheon is looking for a Data Steward to join our data quality management efforts to ensure the quality and compliance of data assets. The candidate will provide stewardship of assigned data assets, analyzing data to ensure compliance with policies, data integrity, and quality standards defined in coordination with the Sales Operations leader. 

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert and ensure adherence to data management standards
• Perform audits to bring Salesforce database into compliance with documented data policies and standards
• Perform manual data entry into Salesforce with a focus on aligning data structure to a specified third party tool
• Validate that official records are accurately marked and maintained for auditing purposes
• Provide input and recommendations for potential process / procedural improvements

What You Bring to the Table

• A bachelor’s degree (preferably with an emphasis in Business Administration or Information Systems), or equivalent experience
• Experience as a Data Steward or Business Systems Analyst with knowledge in data governance, data quality, and data management
• Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce CRM and Excel (Google Sheets)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Attention to detail
• Self-Starter who is motivated and can still collaborate with others
• Must be able to work independently and with specific direction as well
