The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for creating, owning, and analyzing all sales processes and data to streamline and optimize our revenue-generating teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Documenting, optimizing and reinforcing sales processes including the overall sales playbook
  • Ensuring compliance across all sales processes including scripts, data entry, and follow-up cadences
  • Creating workflows that ensure data accuracy and efficiency 
  • Selecting, implementing and managing sales automation and management tools 
  • Tracking sales KPIs with live dashboards to keep key stakeholders and team members informed
  • Generating data-driven insights and providing comprehensive analysis to sales leadership on a regular basis 
  • Liasing with the client fulfillment team to ensure that clients have a world-class experience in the transition from sales to client services  
  • Overseeing the sales funnel and implementing changes to improve efficiency and conversion rates 
  • Maximizing our marketing investments by ensuring that no inbound leads fall through the cracks

Our requirements are pretty straightforward. To qualify you must:

  • Have experience in sales process optimization, with an ability to continuously engineer for improvement and efficiency
  • Possess a deep understanding of performance metrics analysis
  • Have worked with a variety of CRM systems, including Salesforce and Hubspot 
  • Be an expert in Microsoft Excel
  • Have the ability and desire to synthesize data sets and create analyses and resulting “next steps” 
  • Possess high EQ with a natural ability to connect and build relationships
  • Be a sound decision-maker and excellent problem-solver in high-pressure situations 
  • Be adaptable and able to adjust priorities on a dime 
  • Have experience working with high performing sales leaders - you are the rock that will keep them grounded, process-wise, as they innovate at a fast pace
