We are looking to hire a Sales Analyst to successfully develop, maintain, and deliver data-driven financial and sales reporting for the Sales leadership team. Reporting to our Director, Sales Operations, this Sales Analyst will contribute by implementing best practices across the sales organization, and by aligning directly alongside all departments involved in the sales cycle, you will create and leverage effective lines of communication for clearer, solution-driven sales strategies that will drive higher revenue. 

You will…

  • Report to leaders on results, forecasts, and trends with insights and analysis through dashboards, presentations, and reporting
  • Ability to pull data points and analyses together to influence leaders and provide strategic recommendations
  • Analyzes data to identify and communicate significant trends to assist in achievement of business goals, and develop recommendations for new business processes and initiatives to support improvements in Sales operations.
  • Partner with the sales team to analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including sales team performance, pipeline conversion, cost of customer acquisition and lifetime value of customers
  • Dig in to complex problems and become an expert in Sales operations at every level, and translate business initiatives into actionable objectives for Sales operations by developing, coordinating, and implementing a plan then measuring the overall impact and success
  • Responsible for facilitating data mining and executes queries to process data from multiple sources, and develop formal reporting packages for sales effectiveness and productivity
  • Administer reporting on the pipeline generation needs and variances for each segment, working with sales leaders to uncover areas of revenue opportunity in our customer and prospect base
  • Own all third party databases we subscribe to and scrub data for internal utilization

You have…

  • preferably experience in the healthcare industry & are familiar with multiple segments & facility types
  • preferably experience working in a start-up environment
  • A few years of sales operations experience with the ability to bring together multiple sources of data and generate insights and business recommendations
  • Communication skills and an ability to partner effectively across the organization from the individual contributor to senior leadership level, and be comfortable asking questions and challenging the status quo
  • Experience leading the ideation, planning, and implementation of business processes to enable more effective operations
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast paced environment with sound business judgment and a focus on problem solving, and effectively manages many priorities across the organization and adjust as priorities change
