The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing an aggressive and results-driven sales team (including ensuring each and every goal is hit month after month — no excuses and no whining).

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with our Marketing team to manage  quality and qualified leads.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new sales team members, providing training and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits of sales calls and interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards and sales processes.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives based on call audit findings, with the goal of improving their performance and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set performance targets and KPIs related to call quality and pipeline management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales representatives' skills and knowledge, ensuring continuous improvement in call handling and pipeline management.
  • Analyze call audit data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the sales team's performance and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure leads are progressing through the sales funnel efficiently and effectively.
  • Optimize a formalized prospecting strategy for both inbound and outbound lead qualification.
  • Identify opportunities, create sales campaigns/strategies, and manage channels that will lead to an increase in pipeline and achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop a plan to implement a systematic training program for onboarding and up-skilling BDRs and AEs.
  • Conduct bi-weekly 1-on-1 performance review meetings with each rep and advocate for their long-term career growth.
  • Conduct daily/weekly team meetings and auditing sales team activities to ensure processes are being followed.
  • Own quality control on all sales-related data to ensure accurate information is logged.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on call audit results, pipeline status, and sales team performance.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Must have strong, consultative sales experience 
  • Thrives in an in-office environment and is comfortable with commuting in each day to our West Midtown Headquarters
  • Has over 5 years of experience in sales leadership
  • Has served in a Sales Management role at a high-growth entrepreneurial organization
  • Has hired, trained, and managed [directly and indirectly] a sales team of 10+ people
  • Gets excited about grinding it out in a high-growth organization (it’s not for everyone to move at such a quick pace)
  • Is willing to do whatever it takes, no matter how long it takes (we believe in relentlessness, not excuses)
  • Operates confidently and independently (we’re not going to hold your hand or stroke your ego, sorry)
  • Takes ownership of their outcomes and possesses a growth mindset
  • Is an energetic, charismatic leader who will stay on top of the team
  • Makes data-driven decisions and is not afraid to get in the weeds when it comes to numbers
  • Possesses experience with Salesforce
  • Has experience leading a team selling a premium (5-6+ figure) service
