Imubit is looking for a top-notch Sales Enablement Manager to help disrupt the refining and chemical industries with breakthrough AI technology.
This is a hybrid role located in Houston, TX.
We are looking for:
You, a passionate sales enablement manager, dedicated to empowering sellers and customer-facing professionals to engage in timely, relevant, educational, and inspirational conversations that bring value and drive positive outcomes for customers and buyers. You will lead all aspects of enablement for the Imubit sales team globally. The Manager of Enablement is responsible for the design, development, delivery, program and project management and/or infrastructure support. This will include curriculum development and logistical support, delivered on a variety of platforms (e.g., instructor-led training, virtual and self-paced training). Aligning Sales Enablement strategy to the needs of the Sales Leaders and the Business, this role requires strong collaborative and programmatic leadership skills and a can-do attitude.
In this role, you will:
- Build credible relationships with senior leaders to drive culture change initiatives and align with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement global enablement capabilities.
- Partner with other departments to develop initiatives that support the Enablement mission and corporate direction.
- Provide internal consulting on training and development to improve performance.
- Maintain a client focus, fostering alignment and sponsorship across the organization.
- Design, develop, and deliver role-based training programs, using instructional design strategies.
- Continuously update training materials and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Track and report success metrics for all programs
- Lead face-to-face and virtual workshops.
- Manage quality courseware and enablement content production.
- Build and execute a company-wide sales enablement strategy, including sales manager training.
- Be recognized as a training expert and handle complex enablement issues.
- Lead the annual Sales Kick-Off event.
This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and expertise in training and development to drive enablement initiatives across the company.
Occasional travel is required for internal regional sales team training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required. Industry Certification or Advanced Degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred.
- Typically, 5+ years’ experience in leading and implementing an enablement function in a large, multi-national organization, with responsibility for designing, developing, and delivering courseware within that organization.
- Evangelizes and be accountable for the value of sales enablement to the overall company performance.
- Highly motivated professional with strong strategic planning and project management capabilities, outstanding collaboration skills, and international/multicultural exposure.
- Strong business acumen, including understanding of business and IT trends and drivers.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and networks.
- Thrives under pressure and adapts rapidly to change.
- Ability to manage and prioritize work and issues.
- Strong understanding of Training and Adult Education Theory.
- Advanced commercial education management, finance, cross-cultural awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to create and sustain strong working relationships with other Imubit teams.
- Ability to understand needs, priorities and create consensus on training priorities as and when needed.
- Understand the mix of products, skills required and Imubit’s technological direction.
- Influence a group of people to achieve objectives.
- Find ways to accomplish objectives when resources are used for multiple projects.
- Industry certification preferred/recommended.
- Balances priorities to accomplish critical goals.
