Replo Developer for New Shopify Brand - Coral

We are seeking a skilled and creative Replo / Pagedeck / Gempages Developer to join our team at Jiggly, a dynamic sub-brand within the Blemish group. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining our Shopify-based e-commerce presence, utilizing cutting-edge page-building tools to create stunning, high-converting storefronts. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with a keen eye for design to elevate our brand's digital footprint.

Responsibilities

E-commerce Development

- Develop and maintain our Shopify store using advanced page-building tools such as Replo, Pagedeck, and Gempages

- Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly e-commerce interfaces

- Optimize page load times and ensure mobile responsiveness across all devices

Custom Feature Implementation

- Create custom features and functionalities to enhance the shopping experience and meet specific business requirements

- Integrate third-party apps and APIs to extend the capabilities of our Shopify store

- Develop and maintain custom Shopify themes as needed

Performance Optimization

- Conduct regular performance audits and implement improvements to enhance site speed and user experience

- Utilize best practices in SEO to improve organic search rankings and visibility

- Implement and maintain tracking and analytics tools to gather valuable user data and insights

Maintenance and Support

- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the Shopify store, addressing any issues or bugs promptly

- Stay updated with the latest Shopify platform updates and ensure compatibility with our custom implementations

- Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve technical issues reported by customers

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in e-commerce and Shopify development

- Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve the online shopping experience

- Contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards within the team

Requirements

Technical Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Shopify development, with a strong focus on using page-building tools like Replo, Pagedeck, and Gempages

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templating language

- Experience with Shopify theme development and customization

- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience integrating third-party services

- Understanding of e-commerce best practices and common Shopify apps

Development Tools

- Hands-on experience with Shopify's development tools and admin interface

- Proficiency in using Replo, Pagedeck, and Gempages for creating custom landing pages and product pages

- Familiarity with Shopify CLI and Theme Kit for local development and deployment

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members
