About the Role:
An Extraordinary role as a Project Manager with one of the global leaders in humanoid robotics and related technologies. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our robotics division based out of Oregon and Pennsylvania, this role will be responsible for leading project management efforts, supporting business, technical and research & development initiatives.

About the Work:
Responsible for leading projects resulting in the successful delivery of highly technical and business solutions for large, complex products, customers, and initiatives. Responsible for the planning, construct, methodology and governance of projects assigned. Motivate, inspire, unite and coordinate cross functional teams through complex programs (typically run in an agile/lean manner) spanning multiple groups. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to organize, strategize, up, down, and across functional lines to find innovative pathways to project achievement without sacrificing quality or time. A champion of operational excellence, both setting and accountable to KPIs, OKRs in all tracks of work.Take projects from concept to close in a timely manner with the continuous engagement and understanding of project resources and needs. Ability to capture and execute on both tactical and strategic visions will be key in a potential candidates’ success within Agility Robotics and in accomplishment of overall responsibilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills required across multiple areas and dynamics including both internal and external.
- Project Management and assigned duties for projects and other assignments as needed.
- Lead projects owning coordination with technical and business leads through life cycles.
- Strong with Cloud based systems, CRM, Atlassian/JIRA/Confluence, Excel and Google Workspace an advantage. MS Project or Smartsheet as well.
- Establishment and continuation of team-meetings to increase capabilities in relation to problem-solving, plan updates, decision making, escalations such as resource gaps, mitigations to non-adherence to plans.
- Assist in the introduction of best practice project management methodologies. Develop processes and systems that support onboarding of additional PM’s.
- Maintain oversight of budget parameters and identify project risk ahead of time.
- Own communication of assigned projects and efforts to teams & senior management.
- Work well with diverse cross functional disciplines and groups within the organization and ensure the collective progress on assigned efforts and targets. .
- Retrospective reviews during project lifecycles to identify future improvements.
- Continual mentoring, coaching and development of Sponsors, stakeholders, team members, business analysts and others throughout the project experience.
- Continuous improvement and utilization of project reporting KPIs, OKRs and milestones.
- Instrumental in driving and implementing change management in support of project initiatives and performance.
- Other duties both related and unrelated to business goals and meeting objectives in alignment with strategy, customers, and our business.
- Willingness to travel on company business as needed up to 20% annually but may fluctuate over time. Generally less travel initially and over the first year.

About You:
This position requires strong interpersonal skills essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business. Excellent meeting facilitation skills are required. Strong analytical, organization, decision making, and presentation skills.
- 2-3 years of planning experience in a high tech industry.
- Applicable BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. Masters preferred, however not essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency in metrics, working through data sets, project forecasting, and scheduling.
- Understanding of project financial and operational impacts.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of relevant engineering environments, terminology, practices, language, and products, and possessing enough knowledge in robotics or similar development from concept through to commercialization. Manufacturing experience is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in tech industries, coupled with proven and demonstrated Project Management methodologies and skillsets.
- PMP Certification desired.
- Agile methodology, Scrum, Lean and Six Sigma preferred.
- Demonstrated ability and proven track in prioritizing and managing concurrent projects and project tracks of work.
- Utilizes in daily practice process improvement skills throughout all efforts and projects, with timely project completions.
- Working understanding of how to identify and project manage through complex regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Highly motivated self- starter with a passion for excellence, and an emphasis on the need to work in sometimes fast paced environments.
- Experience with other software packages including Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
