Project Management Officer (CEO Office) - CASETiFY

Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is one of the leading global lifestyle brands to offer customizable tech accessories. We’re industry leaders when it comes to trend forecasting and protecting what matters most; the community platform for creativity and self-expression. 
• This position will be responsible for the supervision of how CASETiFY be a larger portfolio by evaluation of financial reports, special projects and studies on company operations.

Job Description

• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
• Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks and assigning team members to various deliverables
• Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
• Providing financial reports and budget outlines
• Overseeing the development of the project and continuously evaluating projects to ensure the projects are efficiently carried out while upholding the company’s standards
• Enhance existing project management office policies and processes
• Work with Product Managers and development team members to schedule tasks and releases, and execute within the specified timelines.
• Manage and communicate with external vendors, freelancers, partners and clients to ensure project success and mitigate risks.
• Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a definite advantage
• A minimum of five years’ experience in the industry
• Experience working with engineers, artists, QA, and marketing.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to details and technicalities
