Compensation:
The compensation for this full-time position in the US is $27.50 - $32.50 (DOE) + discretionary bonus. The range may vary based on factors such as location, job-related skills, experience, and education. Benefits are available to all full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week. Please note that the compensation information listed in job postings only includes the base salary, and does not include bonuses or benefits.

Job Summary
Are you looking to expand your skillset and experience within Wholesale? Interested in being a part of the creative team responsible for our packaging and advertising? The Creative Services team is hiring a Project Coordinator, Strategic Accounts! This position is dedicated to the creative services team responsible for all facets of production and design of in-store POS, packaging, product label systems. In this role, you will oversee, monitor, and support projects from intake through execution including milestones, timelines, and deliverables. This position will predominantly support Club but may also be involved with Rockfit-related efforts. A strong understanding of Centric is essential as well as an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with many moving parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple time sensitive marketing projects simultaneously with attention to the specific needs and nuances of licensees, buyers, photo production, and other stakeholders
- Track workflow on items such as packaging, trims, care labels, mock-ups, and other documentation
- Monitor and manage department project requests from intake to asset delivery
- Collaborate with Photo Services and Packaging to track samples and lab dips, as needed
- Manage and track budget expenses and reconciliation; obtain necessary expense approvals
- Serve as right-hand to Director, Creative Services and VP, Marketing to analyze project needs, develop detailed workplans, identify and book resources, often under tight time-constraints.
