About the Team

The People S&O and Enablement Team is important to how the People Team at DoorDash operates. Within this team is the newly formed People Enablement Team, which empowers the Global People Team to efficiently operate and support scalable growth.

About the Role

The People Enablement Team is looking for a Program Manager to lead initiatives that include process design and optimization, change management, tools and data enablement, and team development. This role will report to the Manager of People Enablement and will have the option of being 100% remote in the United States.

  • You have 3+ years of experience in Program Management or Project Management 
  • You have basic knowledge of HR and Recruiting
  • You have experience creating programs in a growing and complex global organization
  • You are collaborative, establish relationships quickly, and have experience working with multiple partners
  • You're comfortable solving open-ended problems

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $87,975 - $119,025, plus opportunities for equity and commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
