bswift is currently seeking a Product Owner to work with our Product Management team to become the subject matter expert for the team and contribute to scope and solution product enhancements.

Job Details:

  • Subject Matter Expert
  • Liaise with other business groups including Client Services, Sales, Marketing and Software Development to assist with product questions
  • Contribute to product specifications to help define feature and functionality requirements
  • Provide Mentorship to the SCRUM team
  • Write user stories
  • Perform detail reviews of solution during SCRUM refinements

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, technical background, with experience in troubleshooting software issues
  • Experience in the health care and benefits admin industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Excellent teamwork and written/verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work well both individually as well as with others and strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships successfully in a cross-functional team environment is critical for this position

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent relevant work experience.
