bswift is currently seeking a Product Owner to work with our Product Management team to become the subject matter expert for the team and contribute to scope and solution product enhancements.
Job Details:
- Subject Matter Expert
- Liaise with other business groups including Client Services, Sales, Marketing and Software Development to assist with product questions
- Contribute to product specifications to help define feature and functionality requirements
- Provide Mentorship to the SCRUM team
- Write user stories
- Perform detail reviews of solution during SCRUM refinements
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, technical background, with experience in troubleshooting software issues
- Experience in the health care and benefits admin industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server
- Excellent teamwork and written/verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
- The ability to work well both individually as well as with others and strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships successfully in a cross-functional team environment is critical for this position
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent relevant work experience.
