We’re creating a new role within product marketing to help delight our existing customer base while growing our business across the SMB and MM+ segments. This person will support the lead PMMs for SMB and MM, working across the organization to accelerate revenue and improve retention for those businesses. The success of this role will be measured by our ability to reach revenue and retention goals for SMB and MM customers.
This role will be part of the Core team within Product Marketing. You will:
- Work closely with Sales to improve win rates, including building out sales decks and one-pagers
- Develop and maintain competitive insights, and using those to generate talking points and internal enablement
- Ensure our messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints is consistent, compelling, and effective
- Optimize our self-serve and app store conversion paths
- Work closely with CS to delight and retain our customers, including helping them better understand the value customers can get from Klaviyo
- Collaborate with PMs on roadmap development and launching new features
- Updating and building out personas and buyer journeys for SMB and MM buyer roles
You will work with:
- PMM subject matter experts for SMB, MM, and other product / business areas
- Web, paid, brand, lifecycle, and other marketing teams
- SMB and MM sales teams
- Email and platform product teams
- Customer success and customer education teams
- GTM operations and enablement teams
- Partner team
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of product or segment marketing with significant experience in demand generation, sales enablement, and/or product launches
- 2+ years working in a software company
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- A passion for customers and the curiosity to go deep into a tech product
- Strong marketing knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to execute on initiatives
Nice to have:
- Experience in the marketing software and/or data technology space
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers
- Experience in competitive intelligence research
