As of 2024 we have brought billions of dollars in credit to 12 million customers, doubling in the last two years while remaining strongly profitable and sustainable for the long term.This roleThe Procurement Director is responsible for leading our procurement operations while managing a small dedicated team; implementing cutting-edge Procure to Pay (P2P) solutions like overseeing the implementation of Coupa, our chosen P2P platform; and driving best practices across the organization.ResponsibilitiesP2P Leadership: Develop, implement, and optimize the Procure-to-Pay process to enhance efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness across the organization.Coupa Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Coupa, including system configuration, stakeholder engagement, training, and post-launch support.Team Management: Manage and mentor a small, high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and seamless process integration.Strategic Sourcing: Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to unlock value, achieve cost savings, and enhance supplier relationships.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure procurement processes comply with global standards and mitigate operational risks effectively.Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure and improve procurement performance and P2P efficiency.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.A proven track record in leading procurement operations, ideally within a global organization.
