As a Process Improvement Manager at Nucleo, you will be leading the implementation of process improvements on a large scale program. This is a client-facing role, and we are seeking a Process Improvement Manager who is highly motivated, able to adapt quickly to changing environments, and work under pressure. This person will play a key role in governance and best practices as well as strong communication with all business stakeholders on any changes. We are looking for people who have strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.   

Responsibilities:  

  • Ability to get up to speed with new processes and procedures quicky and manage team resources effectively. 
  • Project planning and project management.
  • Managing a team of 5-6 resources.
  • Holding stakeholder meetings, understanding end to end processes and stakeholder requirements.
  • Effectively manage the business transition, ensuring business as usual is maintained during the transition period and changes are effectively integrated. 
  • Understand project scope and managing changes to that.
  • Working with a client facing team to deliver solutions with tight timelines.
  • Identify, monitor, and escalate risks and issues where required. 
  • Suggest process improvements, lead implementation of process improvements.
  • Adherence to governance and best practice techniques. 
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensuring communication about any changes occurs with all relevant stakeholders. 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Degree in business, project management, data & analytics, or equivalent experience. 
  • At least 6-10 years’ project/program management experience.
  • At least 1 year experience in a people management position. 
  • Experience in project managing IT/Systems implementation delivery projects is desirable (e.g., IBM Maximo or similar asset management systems). 
  • Experience with excel and macro skills.
  • Azure Dev ops experience would be a benefit.
  • Project management and planning experience.
  • Data migration and data analysis experience.
  • Experience in a consulting environment and/or a utilities sector desirable.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience working and managing cross-functionally across delivery streams.
