The Role

LeafLink’s Product Management organization is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Core Services. This high-performing individual with a proven track record in B2C eCommerce or B2B SaaS platform product management will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our B2B marketplace, overseeing the strategy and execution of key platform products essential for a seamless user experience. Amongst other services, this includes ownership of our platform, integration, and account management products, which power the core services of our world-class B2B marketplace. 

An ideal candidate will be highly analytical, have a bias toward action, solve complex problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on a vision that spurs action toward our ultimate company goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to own and develop the innovative, industry-changing platform that powers our business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the product roadmap and vision for the Platform Products. This roadmap and vision will support the roadmaps of your partner product teams, so they can build solutions that foster customer trust and deliver top-line growth for LeafLink.
  • Collaborate extensively with your product, design, and engineering counterparts, earning their trust and delivering iteratively on an extraordinary set of products.
  • Foster strong relationships cross-functionally to ensure that how we build reflects our common purpose to turn our company values into action. 
  • Communicate, promote, and evangelize the products you develop to drive awareness and adoption across your peers and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Define, track, and drive toward business forecasts, OKRs, and goals.
  • Evaluate build, buy, or partner decisions to enable getting high-quality products to market faster.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 7+ years of experience building and commercializing software products.
  • 2+ years in a senior or principal product management role. 
  • Proven ability to set a vision, excite and lead a cross-functional team up to deliver products that users and customers love.
  • Deep technical understanding of the core technology of marketplace and eCommerce businesses. 
  • You are inspired by LeafLink’s vision, mission, and value system and are committed to driving us toward these pursuits daily.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technology partners.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Deep retail industry experience is a plus
