Principal Agilist - Sift Healthcare

Sift Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Principal Agilist to join our growing organization. The Principal Agilist will collaborate with Sift’s Principal Program Manager to help scale our innovation life cycle using agile and lean principles. They will help lead Sift’s Agile transformation and will manage scrum teams that are focused on using AI/ML techniques to solve complex healthcare revenue cycle problems for healthcare providers and members.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Aligning Teams to Business Goals: Ensure that the team’s work aligns with the organization’s business goals and objectives, working to deliver the most value to Sift customers.

Facilitating Agile Practices: Guide teams in understanding and applying Agile principles and practices to improve their workflow and productivity.

Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members regarding Agile concepts and practices. This includes conducting training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to build Agile skills within the team.

Fostering Collaboration and Communication: Promoting open communication and collaboration within the team and across the organization.

Promoting Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and other feedback mechanisms. Help teams identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Extensive experience as an Agilist (8-10+ years), demonstrating deep knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies.

A naturally curious person with a passion for always learning, asking questions, trying new approaches, and not being afraid to dive into a problem to be solved.

Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Extensive experience in SDLC Methodology and Agile practices. Understanding of S-SDLC is a plus.

Demonstrated experience and success in executing agile transformations with real-world results.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience in influencing and impacting the organization at its core using Agile principles.

CSP-SM or similar certification.

Experience in a highly technical, data science-focused organization preferred.

Healthcare background preferred.

REMOTE WORK

This role will be remote, and as such, the Scrum Master is expected to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and enables the ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure. Although the position is remote, preference will be given to candidates residing in Wisconsin or willing to relocate to Wisconsin.

COMPENSATION

Compensation will be based on skills, experience, and performance.
