Planning & Production Officer - HelloFresh

Job Description

The primary purpose of the Planning and Production Officer is to support Fulfilment Operations in Planning the weekly Production and Labour whilst maintaining and enhancing packing quality standards within our distribution centres. This includes ensuring daily/weekly targets are met, overseeing the smooth operation of kitting and assembly lines and driving process improvements. The role also requires effective people and system management skills to uphold the companyʼs quality and safety standards.

You will…

• Develop and manage daily and weekly production plans from forecasts to optimise labour, stock, and production line usage.
• Lead the execution of the S&OP Supply Plan and ensure alignment with production planning.
• Analyse weekly/monthly KPIs to identify trends, issues, and contribute to operational planning targets.
• Collaborate with Production Leaders to improve efficiency, plan attainment, and flexibility, and support changeovers.
• Support cross-functional initiatives including Marketing, R&D, and Materials Planning (as needed).
  Assist the APM in leading production teams and fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety, GMP, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse) to drive freshness, plan reliability, and cost-effective service levels.
• Participate in business reviews, capacity planning, budget preparation, and NPD planning while ensuring quality standards and cost targets are consistently met.

You have…

• Educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in sciences, engineering, supply chain, logistics, or business
• 2+ years relevant experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of practical statistics for process control and analysis purposes
• Advanced excel skills are an absolute must (demonstrable)

Start Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia.

Location: Jandakot, Perth.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 p.a. & employee benefits
