Job Title: Partner Operations Analyst
Seeking a talented and hard-working member to join our Solution Partner team and perform critical analysis in support of key strategic partner initiatives. The Partner Operations Analyst will work cross functionally with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Deal Desk, Billing, Finance and IT to help manage and optimize internal business systems in support of sales and revenue generating activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and analyze data of third party resold services
- Perform analysis and provide reporting to Sales, Billing, Finance and Executives by gathering, extracting, and manipulating raw data from multiple databases and transform it into information that drive decisions
- Work cross functionally to improve processes, automate and streamline workflows, standardize reporting, facilitate collaboration, gather and translate requirements,
- Systems optimization and data management of Salesforce and Coupa and
- Participate in quarterly partner QBRs
Key Skills:
- Working knowledge of Business Systems like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and , and other relevant software packages like Salesforce, Coupa and Logisense
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent research and analytical skills
- Effective organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language
- Understanding of SaaS business models and channel/partner management experience
- Demonstrated participation in process improvement initiatives
Professional Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, business operations, or channel programs (preferably in a SaaS or tech environment).
- Familiarity with SaaS go-to-market models, including indirect sales, partner influence, and recurring revenue.
- Experience supporting or managing partner programs (e.g., onboarding, incentives, enablement, deal reg)
