Job Description

This role is a client management position which will also involve training across other areas within digital media such as programmatic, search, social and analytics. The projects will therefore be more general in nature and will provide you opportunity to diversify your knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the social media portfolio for several clients including YouTube,  Vimeo, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
  • Analyzing data for reporting and optimizing advertising campaigns.
  • Providing analysis, insight, and expertise for clients on our products and offerings.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget whilst achieving the brand’s KPI’s.
  • Development of campaign, marketing, sales, and operational materials and best practices for internal teams and clients.
  • Provide technical and strategic support to clients to help them get the best results from their advertising activity.
  • Managing client relationships and providing ongoing account management.
  • Understanding clients’ marketing technology, and providing support and expertise to help them maximise their use.
  • Supporting the sales team with pre-sales and marketing efforts.
  • Managing strategic initiatives to improve the business processes and operations as MightyHive continues to grow at a rapid pace.

What you bring to it:

  • Successful candidates will have 2-3 years experience in paid social advertising, whether at an agency, end brand, or other social technology platform.
  • Thorough understanding of Paid Social management platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Preferred skills in a number of the following: Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager, TTD, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter.
  • Planning experience preferred but not required.
  • Client-facing and client management experience.
  • Strong data analysis abilities (Excel v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic functions).
  • Direct hands-on experience with Facebook.
  • Excellent consultative approach when developing and managing business relationships.
  • Innovative thinker who brings ideas and strategies to life.
  • Flexible, versatile and driven to obtain new skills and scale knowledge to take on uncharted territory.
  • Excellent communication in English and Japanese
