About the Role

We’re looking for a paid media manager to manage all our ad channels from content syndication to Google Ads. The ideal candidate is someone who is focused on maximizing and tracking ROI through the sales funnel. 

What You’ll Do

  • You will own and handle processes the strategy and planning our performance marketing that will aid in generating brand awareness and pipeline
  • Manage the relationship with our tools and vendors (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Syndication Channel) 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, revenue ops and campaign management and make sure KPIs are being met
  • Be continuously creative in A/B testing and optimizing
  • Help drive the narrative by influencing messaging 

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of paid media and campaign management experience, preferably from a high-growth B2B SaaS company and/or agency
  • Must have Marketo experience and be self-sufficient 
  • Understanding how to run reports and analyze data in Salesforce & Marketo to understand what is driving pipeline and revenue - attribution and tracking knowledge is a must
  • Deep expertise in developing scalable strategies for LinkedIn and Google Ads and knowing the parameters and limitations with each channel
  • Effective time and project management skills, thriving on working in a collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to analyze data and extract relevant and actionable insights

Gathering is integral to our culture for collaboration and connection. We want to ensure that all of our new hires have the ability to travel and meet other team members. We estimate the travel for any given role to be a couple of days every month or two. In order to gather, new hires must be able to meet our COVID vaccination requirement as we continue to help our team limit risk.
