About the Team

Our Operations PMO and Systems Integration teams are agile and growing rapidly, and we are looking for talented schedulers to join us! We are responsible for delivering on time and within budget advanced and reliable designs that meet a complex set of requirements to our customers, including software developers, applications engineers, manufacturing engineers and ultimately to fleet deployment managers.

About The Work

Responsible for analyzing, predicting, creating and organizing high priority activities and milestones across many projects on the JIRA platform
Configuring the layout, design, workflow, and dashboards, often in a Gantt format for visualization across the enterprise
Develop, implement, and maintain program schedules and targets
Balance existing labor and capacity to maximize efficiency and throughput
Examine all aspects of the scheduling process to improve fleet deployment processes wherever possible
Report to direct manager regarding existing orders, challenges, resource loading, and budgeting
Competent in scheduling tools including Smartsheet, or similar tools

About You

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, administration, or relevant field preferred
Three years in a operations environment, especially in operations scheduling
Strong organizational insight and problem-solving ability
Proficiency with standard scheduling software and productivity suites
Excellent communication and presentation skills
