Operations Executive (Jewellery) - Nivoda

What you'll do:

Responsibilities :

- Written & verbal communication with suppliers for queries, follow ups, order updates.

- Communicate with the fulfillment team for sourcing diamonds & gems. 

- Responding to incoming queries within the organization.

-  Track the shipments

- Maintain data & statistics related to operations.

- Coordinate with logistic teams to ensure timely deliveries.

- Work cooperatively with cross-functional teams to manage supplier relationships

Requirements: 

- 2-4 years of Experience in jewelry industry

- Quality control knowledge to maintain high standards for finished products

- Knowledge of jewelry design software and manufacturing technologies can be beneficial.

- Effective problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills
