You will join a team developing a state-of-the-art general-purpose robot designed to operate in human spaces and with human tools. It is designed to work alongside humans, to walk like humans do, and to dexterously manipulate objects with its hands and upper body.  

This entry level position is a great way for an individual to get their foot in the door of Apptronik and learn all the ins and outs of the Operations Team. As our production continues to grow, we need assistance in Inventory and Procurement, two vital aspects of Apptronik’s operation. In this role you will be trained in both areas and expected to split your time between them.  

Responsibilities 

Primary: 

  • Assist Inventory Clerk with day-to-day responsibilities:  
    • Shipping and Receiving 
    • Inventory adjustment/audits 
    • Kitting assemblies for technicians 
  • Assist Procurement team with day-to-day responsibilities:  
    • Simple procurement and follow-up with internal teams on ETA’s
    • Spreadsheet management  

Secondary: 

  • Assist Facilities team to maintain a clean and safe workspace 
  • Coordinate onsite VIP/Customer visits with Business Development team  

Must Have 

  • 1+ years of experience working in Operations, Facilities, Procurement, Inventory, or similar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint  
  • Initiative and self-motivation - ability to work with little supervision    
  • Desire to learn and improve process 
  • Collaborative nature with the ability to work in a team environment    
  • Able to work in a fast paced/startup environment 
  • Strong attention to detail  
  • Strong communication skills  
  • Must be able to lift up  to 50 lbs. and able to follow safety, operation, and maintenance procedures
