Job Description: As our next Microsoft Dynamics 365 Software Engineer, you won't just be maintaining systems—you'll be at the forefront of extending our core marketing platform and scaling with our rapidly growing user database. You will partner directly with product and engineering teams to design, develop, and operate business-critical customized Dynamics 365 applications and integrations.

This role offers a unique balance: you'll contribute to established, business-critical systems (like Dynamics on .NET Framework) while also gaining exposure to the wider ActiveCampaign ecosystem. On a typical day, you might:
Design and build new, high-impact features and capabilities for the ActiveCampaign platform on a cross-functional team.
Develop and operate customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, components (including modern React-based PCF controls), and robust .NET-based integrations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and designers to evaluate technical tradeoffs and translate strategic product goals into high-quality, tested code.
Contribute to defining coding standards, best practices, and ensuring code quality through diligent code review and mentorship.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs, meticulously identifying and addressing root causes to ensure an excellent end-user experience.
The ideal candidate will bring:
3+ years of hands-on experience developing with .NET or .NET framework.
3+ years of experience with MS SQL Server or other relational databases.
Willingness to learn and actively work with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience with JavaScript (vanilla or modern framework like React), particularly for developing interactive and responsive user interfaces, such as PCF controls.
Experience writing automated tests and a deep commitment to producing high-quality, tested code.
Bonus experience with PHP, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus, demonstrating a broad technical skillset and adaptability.
