The Role

Bobbie’s clinician-facing arm, Bobbie Medical, is looking for a Territory Manager to grow relationships with medical providers and practices, increasing Bobbie’s brand presence among the healthcare professional audience through clinician outreach. The majority of this role will be as an external-facing individual contributor, collaborating on HCP engagement strategy with the Bobbie Medical team. 

This role will report to the Medical Partnerships Manager. 

What you will accomplish: 

  • Lead medical sales strategy implementation, which includes identifying the target audience customer segmentation, customer insights, and engaging medical practices in our clinical community and product education
  • Represent Bobbie as the point of contact for assigned medical partners
  • Conduct sales calls to hospitals and physician offices to network, provide resources, and grow brand awareness
  • Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with clinicians and clinic partners
  • Maintain and update the CRM system alongside the Medical team
  • Comply with all legal and regulatory guidelines for interacting with healthcare providers

What we would like you to have: 

  • 2-4 years of direct sales experience to medical professionals or similar preferred
  • Availability for significant domestic travel and local travel to support engagements and meet with medical clinic and hospital partners
  • Hubspot experience a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn how to use new software/tools 
  • Comfortable speaking to clinical audiences (MD/NP/RD etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Independently motivated
  • Dietitians encouraged to apply

Compensation and Benefits:


  • San Francisco / NYC: $120,000 - $140,000
  • All other locations: $100,000 - $120,000

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. As a fully remote company, we adjust our salaries to match geographic location. Employees who live in a high cost-of-living city (San Francisco, NYC) have a higher salary range than employees who live elsewhere.
