Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven Medical Partner Success Manager to oversee the retention of our medical partner accounts at Sollis Health. This role is responsible for managing ongoing relationships with our medical partners, ensuring successful renewals, and serving as their main point of contact for support, success, and engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in account management or customer success, with experience in healthcare or health tech preferred. You’ll also own some community management and partner-facing marketing efforts. This role reports to the VP, Medical Partnerships.  

Candidates can be in the NYC or Los Angeles regions with the ability to commute to our NYC or LA HQ Office - Hybrid Position 

Responsibilities:   

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of medical partner accounts. 
  • Drive successful contract renewals by maintaining strong relationships and proactively identifying partner needs. 
  • Monitor partner health metrics, usage patterns, and satisfaction to anticipate risks or growth opportunities. 
  • Manage invoice generation and tracking, ensure timely payments, and proactively follow up on new patient referrals and renewals.  
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with medical partners. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner feedback is incorporated into practice.  
  • Produce a monthly Medical Partner Newsletter to keep Medical Partners engaged with Sollis Health.  
  • Plan and execute quarterly Medical Partner dinners or networking events, ensuring high attendance and engagement. 
  • Support the creation and distribution of partner-focused content and communications. 
  • Maintain and manage a medical partner community platform or directory (if applicable). 
  • Performs related duties as required. 

Experience  
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally we would expect that you have:   

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or partnerships—ideally in the healthcare or health tech space. 
  • Proven ability to manage relationships, renewals, and client communications. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Comfortable managing small-scale marketing/community initiatives. 
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor) is a plus. 

 

Comp & Benefits: 

Range: $105,000 - $115,000 per year + 0.5% Commission on Medical Partnership Renewals + Equity  

This is the range of pay for New York City & California candidates only.  Sollis is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location. Furthermore, actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
