What You Will Bring to the Team

We are seeking a top-performing individual to join our dynamic marketing team as an Marketing Specialist, with a primary focus on driving ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives and demand generation. Collaborating cross-functionally with our Sales and Delivery Teams, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic marketing campaigns and fostering the growth of our existing client base. We are looking for a data-driven, yet creative individual who can identify customer segments, gather customer insights, provide compelling experiences to build long-term relationships, and increase customer advocacy. This role will be able to rapidly iterate with various internal and external stakeholders and deliver complex initiatives in a short period of time.

Your Day-to-Day

●Execute and optimize ABM-focused marketing campaigns and demand generation campaigns, encompassing paid social media and email marketing. 
● Perform comprehensive analysis of campaign performance to extract actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Optimize the allocation of marketing funds by directing them towards channels most likely to effectively reach the target audience.
● Collaborate closely with Regional leadership teams to execute customer-centric strategies that elevate net promoter scores and customer lifetime value.
● Contribute to shaping the overall strategy for customer engagement and communication programs, spanning in-person/virtual events, workshops, roadshows, annual conferences, onboarding, and continuous nurturing campaigns, with a focus on ABM principles.
● Develop and deploy tailored landing pages, email campaigns, and ad campaigns as required to support marketing initiatives.
● Provide logistical support for go-to-market events, including webinars, online panels, and in-person events, to align with ABM strategies.
● Generate, consolidate, and analyze monthly metric reports, maintaining well-organized records of historical results for thorough analysis and strategic refinement.
● Take ownership of crafting email and LinkedIn newsletters. 
● Conduct in-depth industry and competitive market research to inform and enhance the effectiveness of ABM and demand generation efforts.

Are You a Fit?

●Degree in Marketing, Business, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience working in marketing teams.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish and a personable and approachable demeanor.
● Familiarity with marketing tools, including Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Canva.
● Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
● Ability to work cross-functionally (especially with Sales, Delivery, and Engineering) in a fast-paced environment. 
● Ability to translate technical details and implementation success into engaging stories consumable by diverse audiences.
● Proven ability to develop deep relationships and influence cross-functional teams. 
● Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal teams to find efficient and effective solutions cross-functionally.
● Data-driven and results-oriented to impact business results.
● Strong project management and organizational skills with an ability to create, execute and adjust plans as needed.
●Location: Guadalajara or Mexico city
