Job Description

Marketing Programs Intern

The Marketing Programs Intern will be responsible for assisting the Americas Regional Marketing team in executing specific logistics on programs that are designed to create and accelerate pipeline.

What you’ll do:

Program Planning:

  • Research new vendors and 3rd-party events
  • Work with vendors on deliverables and onboard new vendors by following our internal processes in Coupa
  • Create and submit program documentation such as budget justifications

Program Execution:

  • Submit requests for creative assets and Marketo activation
  • Create event dial-ins, calendar invites, and ensure campaign members receive essential event information
  • Create swag, event material, and collateral shipping requests for onsite events through our Printfection dashboard

Program Wrap-up:

  • Upload lead lists and member statuses
  • Clone and run SFDC reports
  • Send event recap emails with program results & follow-up information

Special Projects:

  • Vet and approve direct mail redemptions
  • Maintain swag inventory and source new, cutting edge items

We’re looking for someone:

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future
  • Available to work full-time from June 12, 2023 to August 18, 2023 
  • A currently enrolled undergraduate student with a competitive GPA working toward a BA or BS in marketing, communications, advertising or related field
  • Graduating Spring 2024 or Fall 2023
  • With a programmatic, process-oriented mindset, who can deliver quality work in a rapid-paced, deadline-intensive environment
  • Who can show professionalism when working with vendors to negotiate contracts on behalf of Tanium
  • With an affinity for marketing tools, and is willing and excited to learn Marketo and Salesforce
  • With strong writing and organization skills, and ability to maintain an exceptional attention to detail in hands-on execution
