DISCO’s innovative legal technology offerings are making a big splash across law firms and corporate legal teams, and the Marketing team is transforming to support DISCO’s ambitious growth goals. We are working closely with the Inside Sales team to implement new lead generation programs and are looking for a collaborative, tech-savvy individual who will make sure that Salesforce lead and campaign best practices are well-documented, visible, and adhered to.

What You'll Do

• Capture and document Salesforce campaign requirements from marketing operations and BI teams
• Convert requirements into instructions and provide ongoing training for Sales and Marketing teams
• Become the in-house Salesforce campaign expert and serve as the primary knowledge source for associating leads, contacts, opportunities, and campaigns
• Conduct Salesforce opportunity and campaign audits to ensure marketing influence and attribution is reliable and complete
• Train sales and marketing stakeholders to execute new types of campaigns

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing, Technology, or Engineering
• 2-4 years working with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Salesforce CRM) in a professional Business-To-Business (B2B) environment
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communicator
• Eager to collaborate but also comfortable working independently
• Thrives on solving problems for colleagues in a fast-paced environment
