To help realize our mission we’re looking for a Digital Health, Partnerships, and Data Lead / Senior Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and take from concept to launch innovative clinician and patient-facing SaaS/Digital Health Products. The products you position will allow access, interpretation, and management of population health on a national scale. You will apply critical thinking and analytical skills to market solutions from the ground up, as well as integrate and scale software already on the market to provide new and sophisticated capabilities. This individual will also directly support Partnerships marketing efforts and a Data Marketing Manager. 

 

You’re a player/coach marketing leader who knows how to turn insight into action to develop and tell compelling stories that connect with customers and drive behavior change. You’re deeply curious and love to problem solve. Rolling up your sleeves comes naturally - as does strategic thinking. You hold yourself accountable and are a successful leader of people and projects with a knack for flawlessly managing multiple initiatives and needs at the same time. You’re adept at working in a regulated environment and can understand and translate complex scientific information. You will partner with the product team, commercial, legal, business leaders and subject matter experts to help bring to market Digital Health Products and Partnerships. You will relentlessly advocate for the customer (who can represent many different target personas), articulate customer needs and success criteria to partners involved in launching the solution, and assure the experiences built are positioned, messaged and executed.

 

You will bring your experience to collaborate with cross-functional teams and take a data-driven approach in helping to shape and grow our products via new market expansion, work to collect the voice of customers, create advisory boards, drive market development, product partnerships, and translate to different audiences (academic, health system, biopharma partners, physician, patients, internal stakeholders). 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate very closely with the product teams, general managers and commercial teams for our digital health offering and partnerships solutions.
  • Support our team with analysis and insights into our market opportunities (clinicians, health systems, channel partners, retail health, health plans/payers, biopharma).
  • Propose powerful product-driven initiatives to tackle our customer problems in outstanding ways and return value to our platform. 
  • Build cost analysis models to forecast potential revenue and other success metrics for pilots, institutions and future business.
  • Evaluate new product opportunities, and how they fit in a product portfolio.
  • Help refine focus and set the course for long-term revenue growth and expansion. 
  • Create insights and summaries of our marketing plans. 
  • Assist in facilitating and leading pilot efforts that include serving as a liaison between our health system market resources in addition to working with consulting agencies to conduct in depth analysis on topics involving market research (competitive landscape,customer research).
  • Assist with demos of the product to support Enterprise Sales Team and channel partnership efforts. 
  • Engage with the Implementation Team to coordinate workflows for pilots.
  • Work with Lead and external consultants to conduct qualitative and quantitative research with customers, account execs, partners and sales leadership to understand customer needs, perceived value of new product concepts, competitive alternatives, purchasing behavior and likelihood to implement digital health solutions.
  • Research competitive products and business strategies to settle how we drive unique value and sustainable market advantages. 
  • Work with cross-functional partners (Product, Medical Affairs, User Research) to surface opportunities, threats, outline data-driven strategic decisions and frame actionable product growth recommendations.
  • Upstream Marketing: Product portfolio, product lifecycle development, competitive analysis, set product vision, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, voice-of-customer
  • Downstream Marketing: Execute marketing plans and participate in go-to-market strategy and planning, management of agency of record, creation of collateral as needed, omni-channel marketing strategies, lead generation.
  • Lead team; support Data marketer, and actively engage in marketing efforts for Digital Health and Partnerships marketing efforts.

 

What you bring:

  • 7+ years experience in product marketing,  product partnerships or management consulting for a digital product, health tech or software company.
  • Insightful thinker, able to apply lessons from different industries and products to the situation at hand
  • Market research and analytics 
  • Experience managing projects
  • Ability to form relationships and work collaboratively across the organization to get results. 

 

Preferred skills: 

  • Familiarity with our productivity toolset which includes Slack, Jira, Asana, Confluence, Google Workspace
  • Experience in product growth strategies and through new market expansion and partnerships
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment and thrive in ambiguity
