Netskope is looking for sales leadership talent! In this leadership role, we are looking for someone who has prior experience scaling a Sales Development team. The APAC Sales Development Manager will be responsible for management, mentoring, coaching, motivating and training a team of successful Sales Development Representatives, ensuring the team is meeting their outbound lead targets. You will be part of our growing APAC Sales team. You will work closely and collaborate with remotely based Regional Sales leaders throughout the region.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, hire, and train a team of SDR's whose role consists of prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification
  • Develop the team into sales-ready candidates for further development within the organization
  • Motivate individuals and teams to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
  • Regularly report on team/individual results - quantity & quality of leads and revenue to Sales Leaders
  • Work closely with Marketing on defining campaign follow up and reporting
  • Work closely with SDR's to to ensure lead quality/quantity and proper follow up
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Ensure disciplined use of Salesforce.com and call plan
Required Skills/Experience
  • 3+ years experience in managing, coaching and growing an outbound business development team
  • Proven track record of overachievement of quota expectations
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English and one or more other languages
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.com
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
