About the Team

The Partnership Marketing team for DoorDash Marketplace works with our most-valued restaurant and new vertical US partners (Grocery, Pets, Retail, etc.) to create integrated co-marketing campaigns that drive orders, new customers and awareness for our partners’ delivery businesses and for DoorDash. About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of highly engaging, innovative partner marketing programs that fuel our growth.

In this role, you’ll create and execute integrated marketing programs and campaigns built against both merchant and DoorDash goals. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure we are maximizing DoorDash value from our partner relationships, with marketing that drives our merchants’ business forward and serves our audiences. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a fast-growing, global consumer brand with the mission of “delivering good by connecting people and possibility" through the lens of our merchant partnerships.

You will report into a Senior Manager on our Partnership Marketing team in our Marketing organization.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Own and nurture marketing relationships with some of our largest and high profile partners from major national restaurants to merchants in emerging verticals like Retail
  • Develop annual co-marketing strategies and plans with key partners and establish “buy-in” from internal and external stakeholders 
  • Execute integrated co-marketing campaigns from strategy and concept, through production, implementation, delivery and reporting 
  • Build integrated marketing programs collaboration with Sales that drive against merchant goals and support our emerging Ads business
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams to integrate partner strategies within DoorDash owned brand campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day operations of partner marketing efforts, including promotions, emails, in-app experiences, website content, and status meetings
  • Create project briefs for individual campaign assets, project manage the creation of campaign assets and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Create regular internal and partner-facing reports to track campaign and promotion performance
  • Use a data-first approach to optimize campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, and drive results

We’re excited about you because you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
  • 6+ years’ experience in Marketing either at a consumer brand, tech company or integrated agency 
  • Demonstrable success establishing and achieving business goals through marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading cross functional workstreams and balancing multiple objectives and constraints 
  • Strong organization skills  - you can efficiently manage 5-10 campaigns and promotions at the same time
  • A knack for self-starting, thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • A strong creative mind and attention to detail
  • Data fluency - you’re able to validate impact and inform plans

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $122,400-$165,600, plus opportunities for equity. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
