Job Description
We are seeking a talented User Acquisition Manager to join our performance marketing team.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple channels with an emphasis on SEM.
What you will do:
  • Develop, implement, and manage paid campaigns across multiple paid channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Write compelling ad copy to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Use A/B testing to improve ad performance and landing page design.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.
  • Work with other teams to ensure alignment and integration of paid campaigns with overall marketing strategy.
What we are looking for : 
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing online campaigns at large scale with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English - verbal and written.
  • Experience with SalesForce - advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel - advantage.
