Job Description

The Manager will be a key strategic member of the Learning and Leadership Development organization, contributing to the design and driving the execution of our learning and leadership development strategy and programs. 

 

You will be responsible for designing programs that will enable our leaders and employees to do their best work. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Interact and partner with the HR leadership team, HRBP’s, Talent Acquisition, and others across Celonis to assess learning and leadership development needs, both current and future and design, develop learning strategies to support those needs. 

  • Drive execution, evaluation and enhancement of learning, management and leadership development programs.

  • Develop learning materials for HR processes such as performance management. 

  • Work with vendors to bring best-in-class learning programs to Celonis. 

  • Establish approaches to evaluate learning program impacts. 

  • Design, implement and manage executive and high potential development programs. 

  • Use human-centered design to create and manage the development of innovative enterprise learning programs that help Celonis develop the future capabilities. 

  • Drive learning and leadership development initiatives and programs, supporting change management and enhancing the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. 

  • Be a key member of the L&LD team to help establish processes, standards and guide other team members on projects. 

  • Conduct needs assessment with stakeholders, determine gaps in curriculum/programs, and create/manage curriculum strategy for those business units. 

  • Execute with strong project management skills, including monitoring plans and managing against milestones, managing issues and risks as needed.   

  • Contribute to the vision and strategy of the Learning and Leadership Development organization by bringing leading edge industry ideas and approaches and to creating unique employee learning and collaboration experiences. 



  • 10+ years of experience in learning, leadership development or organizational effectiveness. 

  • A degree in Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Change Management or Learning-related degrees. 

  • A strategic and creative mindset when planning learning outcomes and a practical attitude for learning solutions. 

  • A good understanding of the impact and synergies between HR processes and learning and development offerings.
