Youâll be working every day to improve our product to fulfill our one and only mission of making the world more productive.In this role you'll raise the data IQ of the growth product team and enable the team to make data-informed decisions. You'll inject data throughout the development process from ideation, prioritization, design, experimentation, to post-launch success. You'll build and develop a team of growth product analysts and define best practices across the whole analytics and product teams to create insights that inform our prioritization and the solutions we bring to market. - Own product experimentation at ClickUp. Build and maintain processes and tools to make it easy for stakeholders to self-serve, enabling them to drive impact and decision making, accurately, through experimentation
- You will partner cross-functionally with leaders from Growth and Engineering to scale our product data infrastructure, develop analytical frameworks and grow our analytical tools to help us make increasingly more data-driven growth decisions
- Ensure every growth product area has health metrics to track, insights that inform product discovery, and post-launch success dashboards that inform development
- Turn loosely defined problems into practical analyses
- Identify opportunities for our product to drive increased customer conversion, retention, engagement, and lifetime value, both through data and a deep qualitative understanding of our customers
- Data Stack: Snowflake, Split & Eppo, Amplitude, Segment, dbt, Tableau, Hex
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, 3+ years in a product analytics role, ideally at a SaaS company
- 1+ year experience as a manager of analysts
- Strong track record of developing, motivating, and inspiring analytics teams
- A demonstrated self-starter and incredible prioritizer who moves fast and can take ownership of projects and drive them to completion without much guidance
- High degree of experience translating broad questions into structured analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to distill complex analytical solutions into actionable insights
- A strong understanding of software business principles and metrics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and A/B testing, as well as an understanding of data warehouse principles
- Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etcâŚ)
- Experience with best-in-class product analytics tech stacks, including Amplitude and Segment (or similar tools)
Desirable:- Consumer and SaaS product analytics experience
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics
- Technical competence to perform advanced analytics using Python
Salary Range: $120,000 - $205,000 (base pay)This position is eligible for the following benefits:- Equity
