About the Role

In this role, the Manager of Digital Growth Marketing will be responsible for the overall execution and performance across Robinhood’s digital marketing programs, including display, search, social, affiliates and web.  You'll have a strong skill set in data and analytics and leverage these to grow and optimize Robinhood Robinhood acquisition.  You will “own” the marketing budget and make strategic decisions focused on maximizing return on marketing spend.  This candidate will have a passion for improving the user experience including A/B testing, funnel optimization and personalization.  You will develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across channels prioritizing experimentation and measurement at all times.  You will be an enthusiastic problem solver and hands-on leader who combines an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think big

This role requires collaboration with key internal cross-functional teams, legal, compliance as well as leading external agency partners with project scoping, budget management and briefs to deliver high quality output while maximizing efficiency.  You will be a thought leader and have the ability to bring new ideas and initiatives to further grow Robinhood’s digital growth. You will be comfortable working with ambiguity, and excited about rapid test-and-learn approaches.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Set strategic and operational plans for the digital marketing function, including objectives, success metrics, resources, budget, and prioritization of initiatives to maximize impact.
  • Analyze and interpret data and historical trends to find actionable insights and provide recommendations
  • Strong pov on digital attribution methodologies and application to various marketing contexts
  • Track record of developing and implementing digital acquisition marketing strategies - some from the ground up.
  • Work closely with data science team on full-funnel reporting and analytics of digital success metrics.
  • The ability to think expansively beyond acquisition and the intersection with brand and customer marketing.

About you:

  • 7+ years experience leading digital marketing programs, including; display, search, social, affiliates and web.
  • Proven ability to build and deploy robust multi-channel digital plans with demonstrated growth and success.
  • Proven skills and metrics that demonstrate growth across multiple digital platforms
  • Close familiarity with the principles of marketing technology and how it can benefit growth marketing.
  • Experience leading and managing teams
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and successfully juggle multiple assignments at once with tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional prioritization, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Superior communication skills with demonstrated ability to navigate a complex organization and generate buy-in for ideas and plans.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch

 

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. You can view comp zones for our US office locations in the table below. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
