About The Opportunity
As our Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will drive and innovate a high-growth marketing function. Together with a team of highly motivated creators, you will disrupt the status quo to elevate our brand and drive demand. From strategic marketing operations to 360-degree omnichannel marketing across paid, owned, and earned channels, you will own a substantial budget, oversee ongoing ROI performance metrics, real-time optimization of spend, and a small team. For socializing and brain-stormings, the marketing team regularly gathers in our HQ in Nogizaka, but actualizes a truly hybrid workstyle, always challenging and seeking better ways to collaborate and create change.
Responsibilities
Design and implement efficient B2B marketing strategies, that attract new prospects, drive traffic, and increase tour bookings
Plan and execute quarterly to annual acquisition marketing activities and media buying to optimize spending and pipelines
Implement an efficient messaging and channel strategy based on the company's purpose, vision, mission, and values
Analyze market and competitors, and evolve our customer journeys and persona
Enable data-driven marketing through monitoring, analyzing, and outcome sharing to optimize pipeline generation
Constantly optimize performance, CRM/Email marketing, and acquisition events and establish new channels for lead generation, nurturing, and ABM to efficiently convert new prospects
Qualifications
3+ years experience in B2B Marketing, Demand Gen, Digital Marketing, Paid Media Acquisition, and/or Loyalty Marketing
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with 2+ years of people management
Strong digital marketing skills, SEO, GA4, MA (e.g. Marketo) and 2+ years experience with Salesforce
1+ years of experience executing Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
Ability to prioritize and drive maximum returns; proven track record of exceeding revenue and acquisition goals
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Strong collaborator at the leadership level while being comfortable doing the day-to-day blocking and tackling work required to scale the organization
Fluent in Japanese, strong English communication skills
