- Quartzy is seeking a Life Science Content and Community Specialist to create engaging content and foster a vibrant community of lab operations professionals. - Develop and execute a content strategy that supports Quartzy’s customer funnel—from awareness to advocacy
- Write and produce high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, infographics, video scripts, product tips, and thought leadership pieces
- Partner with internal teams and external freelancers to deliver polished, on-brand creative assets
- Manage our online community platform (e.g., Circle.so) and actively foster conversations on social media and in forums
- Organize and run virtual events like webinars, AMAs, and community meetups
- Engage with users, moderate discussions, and highlight community stories
- Support product adoption by sharing helpful tips and connecting users to the right resources
- Collect community feedback and insights to share with the Product teams
- Track and report on engagement metrics across content and community efforts
What We're Looking For- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or community engagement
- Previous experience in the life sciences industry
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with examples to share
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfort working with technical/scientific subject matter—even if you’re not a scientist
- Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow) and email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Proactive, curious, and resourceful—you’re not afraid to figure things out as you go
- Outgoing and able to communicate complex ideas in an engaging manner
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
