About the Role
The Lead Strategic Customer Success Partner (Client Engagement Manager) is responsible for actively managing & expanding a book of assigned accounts within the Transportation Management division. This includes visiting with clients on a regular basis (as needed), owning & setting account strategy, and partnering with operations personnel to meet strategic and tactical continuous improvement initiatives. This person is responsible for project management, account growth & expansion, and the utilization of the client engagement playbook to design & execute an account plan.
This position will need to work Eastern Standard Time Zone Business Hours.
If you are located within 50 miles of one of our offices, your Job Type will be Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 Work from Home).
What the Candidate Will Do
- Facilitate account retention & renewals
- Identify opportunities for account expansion to grow share of wallet (cross-sell & up-sell)
- Lead customer facing meetings & presentations
- Own measurement & reporting of key supply chain analytics & KPIs, including savings initiatives
- Facilitate internal resources in support of customer objectives
- Guide others to drive continuous improvement
- Set strategic supply chain goals for customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Assist customers with freight cost forecasting and budgeting, as appropriate
- Manage contract negotiations
- Effectively communicate with customer stakeholders from C-Suite to frontline associates
Travel
Up to 25%, as required
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 5 years related Supply Chain/Logistics/Transportation or Related Experience
- Excel Reporting & Analytics Experience, working with large amounts of data
- Experience in a Customer Facing Role
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years related experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Transportation and Analytics
- Making presentations to multiple layers within organizations from C-Suite to Frontline
- Demonstrated success with multiple customers within an assigned book of business
- Demonstrated success in quarterbacking success between multiple internal & external stakeholders
- Experience interacting with Data Analytics Tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Capable of framing situations appropriately
- Ability to ask consultative questions to identify root cause and propose solutions

- New York: The salary range for this role is $106,600 to $155,870 a year.
- California: The salary range for this role is $117,260 to $170,040 a year.
- Colorado: The salary range for this role is $106,600 to $155,870 a year.
- Washington: The salary range for this role is $117,260 to $155,870 a year.
- Illinois: The salary range for this role is $106,600 to $141,700 a year.
- Minnesota: The salary range for this role is $95,940 to $141,500 a year.
