The Opportunity

We are looking for a software engineering leader for the Consumer Experience team here at Found. The Consumer Experience team is tasked with developing and maintaining all aspects of the surfaces our customers interact with every day. This is an IC full stack role which will be in charge of making sure our systems and architectures are built with a bias for velocity and iteration. That means knowing the balance between delivering value quickly while keeping an eye on the horizon of where our systems eventually need to end up.

What You’ll Do

Work with the product team to design, implement, track, and scale our consumer experience
Work with the Consumer Experience engineering manager and product manager to build architecture plans that are iterative in nature and keep the balance between delivering delivering delightful experiences quickly while planning for long term scale
Write the code! This role is primarily hands on and will be in the code the vast majority of their day
Work with the product, operations, behavioral health and marketing teams to influence and shape our product strategy and roadmap
Help build and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture
