The Junior Product Analyst will be primarily responsible for managing Pendo to support the goals and objectives of the KnowBe4 Product team. Pendo is a SaaS product that captures metrics and telemetry from our applications, guides users through our products, performs in-app micro-surveys, analyzes the paths that users take through our applications, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing Pendo within KnowBe4 to support the goals and objectives of the Product team
  • Assist Product Management by performing basic data analysis under supervision to track product performance and uncover insights for improvement.
  • Attend cross-functional meetings to gain exposure to data-driven product decisions and offer support in data analysis and reporting when needed.
  • Identifying and tagging all KnowBe4 features as they are released or prior to beta periods to track user flows, and quality checking that tagging regularly to ensure proper tracking
  • Creating user segments for targeted notifications or guides
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout KnowBe4 to ensure that the planned timing for guides, release notes, integrations, and other milestones is met
  • Working with various stakeholders to establish and implement Pendo best practices
  • Adding users, creating dashboards and reports upon request, organizing data, and other administrative tasks
  • Attending webinars and events to understand new functionality or best practices and how we can incorporate those items in our Pendo environment and products
  • Spearheading the implementation of future Pendo features, if added
  • Reviewing user flows and drop off rates to provide proactive recommendations to product and UX teams 
  • Creating release notes, polls, guides, and more with the help of subject matter experts and monitoring effectiveness by reviewing usage, feedback, and time to onboarding
  • Meeting with internal stakeholders, such as CSM or Support, to check in on how users can be better supported by our guides

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of project management or similar experience
  • Minimum 1 year in product analytics or similar experience
  • Background in marketing, communications, product, UX, or a related field - preferred but not required
  • Experience with copywriting - preferred but not required
  • Experience with interpreting and presenting analytics and data - preferred but not required
  • Experience with administering Pendo or similar product analytics software - preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A passion for learning new technology
  • A passion for usability and simplicity
