- Oomnitza device lifecycle management
- Confluence
- Intune MDM for windows devices
- Slack
- Okta 2fa and application management
As an IT Support Associate at Xero, you will:
  • Be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to Xero’s rapidly growing internal user base.
  • As this is a user-facing role, you will be a highly visible representative of our team, providing Xero’s with the tools they need to do the best work of their lives.
  • You’ll take #Ownership over all support contact points (tickets, walk-ups, chat & phone); diagnosis, investigation, and resolution of service requests and incidents from across Xero
  • Here is what we do look for in a IT Support Associate:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an enterprise organisation
  • Passion and excitement for technology, coupled with outstanding interpersonal & customer service skills
  • A logical problem solver, adept at multitasking and time management
  • We don’t expect you to have exposure to it all, but some knowledge of the tools & hardware we use would be highly beneficial (Windows & Apple OS, G-Suite, Active Directory, Okta, or other cloud based applications)
