Inventory Specialist - Pattern Bioscience

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and thorough Inventory Specialist to join our Supply Chain team with hands-on shipping and receiving support. You will be a key part of scaling our inventory management function and partner closely with our Production, Hardware Engineering, Clinical, and lab-based teams to ensure they have what they need and inventory is organized and accurate.

How You Will Contribute (Responsibilities)

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods
• Conduct regular physical counts of stocked materials to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Transfer raw materials to forward stocking locations
• Collaborate with our production team to optimize inventory levels based on demand and production schedules
• Package and prepare outgoing shipments to labs and partners including coordinating with logistics
• Maintain accurate records and reports using our inventory management system
• Identify and address any inventory-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner

• Proactively seek to understand priorities and look for efficiencies in process

Requirements

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent 
• 1+ year experience in stocking, receiving, selecting, warehouse, or receiving
• Can lift a maximum of 25 lbs
• Can drive without restrictions including possessing a valid driver's license

A Plus if You have Experience with

• Improving warehouse and material handling efficiencies
• Communicating and working with vendors
• A healthcare or laboratory setting
• Logistics providers (FedEx, DHL, etc.)
• NetSuite or Oracle

• Day shift (8:00 AM -5:30 PM), Full-time, Monday - Friday
• Non-exempt 
• Pay is $21-$22/hour
• Travel 2-3x per month within 10 mile radius on average using own or rental vehicle
