Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Oversee the receiving, storage, and retrieval of inventory items
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and track inventory movements
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy
• Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure compliance with quality standards. Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
• Implement best practices for inventory management and contribute to process improvements
• Help manage warehouse equipment and stock to ensure the warehouse floor remains clean and organized.

Procurement:

• Help with off-the-shelf materials purchasing. Collaborate with various departments to forecast demand and replenish stock accordingly
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve any issues related to shipments

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience in inventory coordination, procurement, quality control, or warehouse operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, quality control standards, and warehouse best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
• High standard of integrity, with a commitment to accountability and transparency in inventory management practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
