The International Sales Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with the key department stakeholders and sales leadership to complete projects that will enable the International New Business and Global Channel teams to exceed ARR targets. The sales coordinator will seek to optimize sales processes and standards, manage global sales enablement tools, and ensure that day-to-day operations support the company's broader objectives. This individual will work closely with EVP of International and Global Channel Sales to resolve any points of friction in the sales process that affect sales teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate global projects and complete tasks that will seek to drive International expansion, sales enablement and day-to-day sales operational excellence.
  • Gather feedback and business requirements from International and Global Channel sales leadership to ultimately allow sales leadership to focus on managing the sales teams.
  • Manage KnowBe4 Linkedin Sales Navigator account for SDR, Direct and Global Channel reps, grant user licenses, own enablement assets that seek to maximize the tool capabilities and set/review usage KPI and ROI.
  • Provide direction to the global talent team on onboarding of top talent based on sales teamsโ€™ regional, territory goals and language requirements.
  • Manage and track headcount for International and Global Channel teams.
  • Attend weekly leadership meetings and provide directors with updates on projects, quarterly sales games, headcount/intern progress, etc. applicable to their Area
  • Own and lead the Games Committee to foster an environment of healthy competition across regions with varying maturities to exceed monthly and quarterly goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree or equivalent work experience, required
  • International business experience, a plus.
  • Experience in a sales role, a plus.
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs 
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel) 
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and follow through on tasks and projects.
  • Ability to prepare, analyze and present data. 
  • Project management experience, a plus
