MediaMonks London is looking for a Cross-channel Creative Integrated Project Manager (Films, digital, and e-commerce content creation) to work on one of our largest International Client accounts producing global brand toolkits.

About the Role

  • As a Project Manager, you specialise in stewarding campaigns & projects from initial client briefing through strategic response and development, creative conception and master creation & production. As well as any further adaptations and interactions that are required.
  • You will work as part of an established, agile team and will be the interface between the client, internal business & production teams and partner agencies. You will be reporting into the programme lead.  
  • You will have a genuine passion for creativity and innovation – pushing the boundaries and providing solutions that get results.
  • Campaigns are varied and you will have the chance to work cross-channel - from Film and Stills Production to Digital Design, e-commerce and UX/UI design. 
  • Your role is to bring a campaign to life managing it through its entire lifecycle. Ensuring everyone is informed and clear on what needs to happen when. 
  • You will be fully responsible for keeping your projects within budget and timelines and reconciling any productions that your client requires.

Responsibilities:

  • To scope and estimate the work using agreed guidelines and approved rate cards 
  • For the campaign’s set-up, including resourcing across all internal departments and tracking their utilisation in regular reports  
  • For creating solid timing plans, which are communicated internally and externally, ensuring all key milestones and dependencies are clearly identified and tracked against, ensuring its timely delivery
  • Being solution-driven and proactive in managing changes in scope / timing and managing all stakeholders’ expectations accordingly
  • For creating solid briefs for the in-house production teams ensuring they are clear on requirements
  • For ensuring all stakeholders are working towards agreed timings and budget

 

About You

The essentials:  

  • For this client-facing role, we’re looking to hire someone with 6+ years Agency experience ideally dealing with global brands. 
  • Solid understanding of cross-channel creative content production process
  • You have hands-on experience with producing high end work and an intimate understanding of what is needed to bring an idea to life.
  • You have demonstrated your ability to execute large-scale campaigns, managing multiple campaigns / projects between multiple stakeholders / teams  
  • You don’t think in projects but in partnerships, developing client relationships and work-streams miles(tones) ahead.
  • You are able to quickly fathom a campaign’s challenges and what needs to be achieved allowing you to establish realistic costs and timings.
  • You are able to build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Your communication skills are excellent, both verbally and in writing
  • In short, we need a true team player who can successfully manage campaigns across teams, disciplines and time zones.
