Influencer Marketing Associate (Japan) - CASETiFY

CASETiFY is looking for a passionate Influencer Marketing Associate (Japan Influencer Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented. He/She must be a self-starter and a team player for helping us scale our influencer marketing strategy, building relations with KOLs.

Job Description

• Conduct influencer research, pitching and gifting on social media platforms 
• Support all social influencer programs including building long term relationships and seasonal activations
• Monitor and track coverage and posts, organize and keep up of Influencer Database, managing and executing highly administrative tasks including gift arrangement and updating reports
• Continuously experiment with more efficient ways to increase post coverages

Requirement

• Proficient Japanese with intermediate English
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2+ year of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce or consumer products preferred
• Good understanding in the Japanese influencers
• Knowledge of online marketing, especially social media
• Good PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strategic problem solving skills, using creative thinking to achieve targets
• Ability to work under pressure, and quickly adapt
• Start-up experience is a plus
