We are hiring an Implementation Project Manager to join our Services Team! This position would suit someone who is a detail-oriented Project Manager with a solid technical background/knowledge who enjoys building strong customer relationships while collaborating with internal and external teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • This client-facing role serves varying stages of the LinkSquares Customer Journey, spanning new customer onboardings, expansions, and professional service projects. New customer onboardings will have a primary focus on strategic and enterprise-level clientele.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines based on the project scope, business objectives, and timing requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure deliverables are completed and projects are implemented on time and within scope.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with key stakeholders regarding project status, including roadblocks and high-level project milestone highlights.
  • Identify and mitigate any potential project risks while escalating issues to the appropriate parties/stakeholders.
  • Lead weekly status meetings, including creating agendas, tracking all notes, feature requests, action items, and client decisions, and providing follow-up where necessary.
  • Manage appropriate project documentation within the assigned systems (Rocketlane, JIRA, Confluence, GSuite, etc.). 
  • Act as the main point of contact for the customer during Implementation.
  • Execute on several projects concurrently while balancing competing priorities.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives cross-functionally.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of prior experience in product Implementation and/or Project Management – customer-facing, ideally within a software firm (SaaS).
  • Superior organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of dependability; experience operating independently with the ability to manage up.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presenting ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving solution-based skills, with the ability to assess a problem quickly, determine to what level it should be escalated, and direct the issue to the correct person(s).
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.

This role is hybrid and has a 2-day a week in-office requirement in our Boston HQ.

  • Aptitude to quickly gain an understanding of system processes and workflows.
  • A willingness to travel onsite, dependent on client scope/deliverable.
