Job Description

We're looking for an individual to manage and monitor progress on the key work streams for the implementation of medically integrated dispensing programs. This position will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ultimately execute a robust specialty program.

About the Role

The Specialty Implementation Project Manager will be on the Clinical Operations Team, reporting to the Lead, Customer Operations of House Rx. As the project manager, this individual will be responsible for monitoring project progress, setting deadlines and holding external and internal stakeholders accountable, solving issues that arise, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, and evaluating project performance to ultimately decrease implementation completion times.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the main point of contact for implementation work streams who is capable of learning each aspect to resolve blockers 
  • Hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to timelines and follow up consistently and professionally
  • Build more robust and streamlined processes and client facing documents to support clients
  • Manage multiple projects in various phases simultaneously
  • Support Ops and Commercial leadership for various program projects 
  • Develop a seamless transition of information to the clinical operations teams for a successful launch

About You

  • You are excited about working in a start-up environment and works well in ambiguity
  • You have experience implementing new programs and/or managing multiple projects at one time
  • You have experience interacting with existing clients and dealing with customer escalations
  • You are considered as someone who pays very close attention to detail 
  • You are data driven and highly organized to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • You enjoy working in ambiguity and help solve new problems as they arise
  • You are a creative problem solver interested in making both House Rx and prospective customer experiences exceptional 
  • You are a strong communicator who can collaborate well cross-functionally
  • You have experience using task trackers such as Asana, Google tasks, Microsoft Projects, and Excel
